About Hay Creek Companies

Hay Creek Pallet Co., Inc., was founded in January of 2000 when the opportunity to acquire a small pallet rebuilding operation provided the means to produce and market pallets in Wisconsin. Today, that company has grown to Hay Creek Companies, a manufacturing operation that produces a number of wood products, all while keeping our number one focus on our employees. Our BaaM (Business as a Ministry) leadership model helps us to focus on the right things as we serve our employees and customers with integrity and with quality products

Our operation features a fully automated saw room that produces our component parts. We have assembly lines featuring some of the latest technology in the industry that build new pallets, remanufacture used pallets, and dismantle non-repairable and odd sized pallets.

Hay Creek is a full-service pallet manufacturing operation providing businesses with new and remanufactured pallets including many in the food, paper and manufacturing industries. Additionally, as a by-product utilization, we also manufacture wood landscaping mulches and shredded wood animal bedding by recycling wood waste material.

Hay Creek Companies is a member of The National Wooden Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA), which is the largest organization of wood packaging professionals in the world.

We have been a member of the C12 Group since 2012. The C12 Group is the largest network of Christian CEOs and executives working together to increase company performance and integrate faith and business.

Hay Creek Companies is more than a business; we are a ministry, both for our employees and for our community. And as a ministry, we also support other ministries. Whether it is through donations from sales of our products, collections of clothing and personal items, trips to India, support of widows and orphans in India, or serving meals at a local shelter, we work together as a team to make a difference in our community and in the world. Don Shire Ministries

Don Shire Ministries serves widows and orphans in India, Haiti, Asia, Honduras and now is ministering to refugees from the Ukraine. DSM has taken thousands of people on mission trips offering work projects, evangelism, teaching, children’s programs and more.

Love INC.

Love INC of South Wood County is part of a nation-wide network to coordinate service with local churches, non profits, community agencies, and volunteers.

Be Still Retreats

Be Still, Inc., a Wisconsin 501(c)3, was founded by Jesse and Lindsay Urban in 2015. The vision for Be Still: “A world without clergy burnout.”

Hannah Center

The Hannah Center exists to assist women in life crisis through compassion and guidance in a nurturing environment. We are committed to preserving life, providing a home and promoting change.

Mary's Place

Mary’s Place is a non-profit housing facility focused on helping the homeless, no-income, and low-income individuals in Marshfield and surrounding areas. We seek to provide shelter, restoration and hope to those in need.

Focus on the Family

Focus on the Family is a global Christian ministry dedicated to helping families thrive. We provide help and resources for couples to build healthy marriages that reflect God’s design, and for parents to raise their children according to morals and values grounded in biblical principles.

Other ministry activities:

We want to reach the youth in our community to teach biblical life principles, and we have sponsored local events with motivational speaker, Bob Lenz. Bob is known for his highly sought-after school assembly programs on anti-bullying and suicide prevention.
Participated in the ReviveWisconsin tour as we visited businesses in Central Wisconsin.
Hay Creek Companies hosted a Stepping Up Bible study at the corporate headquarters for men in the community.
Collected personal items and household goods to deliver to the veterans at Tomah VA Medical Center.
