This week, we would like to introduce you to Sean Strahota who serves in the role of controller at Hay Creek Companies. A controller is the person who handles the financial accounts within an organization. Sean has been at our company for approximately a year, and in addition to his regular duties, he also serves on the Leadership Team.

Q: What is unique about working for Hay Creek Companies?
A: The dedication you see at every level that wants to see the company and the employees do well.
Q: What is your proudest moment at Hay Creek Companies?
A: Getting the budget done. I have never been a part of preparing a budget that encompasses this much. I'm looking forward to the next year.
Q: Tell us about a time you did something innovative or found a solution for a difficult problem at work.
A: I made a tool to better predict cash flow and identify when customers are paying outside their normal term and patterns.
Q: What do you like to do in your time off?
A: Spend time with family and volunteer.
