It’s time for another Team Focus, where we zoom in on one member of our fantastic team at Hay Creek Companies.
This week, we would like to introduce you to John Cyboran. John is in charge of sales and customer relations. His role is prospecting to find companies that we can serve for pallets, pellets, animal bedding and wood chips/ landscape mulch. Once we have a new customer, he monitors the level of customer satisfaction to ensure a continued long-term relationship.

Q: How long you have worked for Hay Creek?
A: Almost 2 years
Q: What are the 3 most important things in your life?
A: 1) Relationship with God. 2) Relationship with my wife and family. 3) That my life is used to honor God and expand his kingdom.
Q: What advice do you have for prospective Hay Creek Companies work candidates?
A: This is a company that will match your skill set with the proper role. This is a company that will invest in you to help you succeed in your role. This is a company that cares just as much about you as a person as a performer.

A: I define success as being a good steward of what God has entrusted to me.
