Commercial Pallets

Our team at Hay Creek Pallet is committed to solving the material handling needs of our customers. We anticipate our customer's needs, with consideration for how transportation, handling, storage, and the general marketplace will impact those needs. Staying current with the latest innovations in the industry helps us deliver the best solutions and service to our customers. We manufacture custom pallets on our Storti automatic nailing machine, our Viking pallet machine, and we also make custom hand-built sizes. We remanufacture and recondition used pallets for service again, as well.

Heat treating is availalble as a service for both pallets manufactured at Hay Creek and also for those brought in by customers for heat treatment.

We're located in central Wisconsin and ship pallets all over Wisconsin and across the U.S.

Animal Bedding

Our bedding product is produced by grinding dry wood from old pallet wood and other wood waste. The wood is ground to a fine consistency by our RotoChopper wood processing machine, and any metal is extracted.

The finished product is very dry compared to industry standard. (Lab Tested at the UW Experimental farm to have a 12-14% moisture content), The bedding has a fine texture consistency that is very absorbent with less dust, and it tends to hold up longer in high moisture with out turning soggy as the traditional sawdust or shaving products do.
